Notification No- 02/2025 dated 19.02.2025

Application are invited for Two (02) post of Bench Clerk and one (01) post of Peon (Group-D) in the Fast Track Courts, under the Judgeship of Paschim Medinipur from the persons who retired from the Government Service. The appointment will be made purely on temporary basis subject to the approval of the Government on usual terms and conditions of re-employment in terms of Finance Department Memo No. 3951-F dated-27.05.2009 and G.O No-208(18)-J dated-09.01.2008. The recruitment and fixation of pay of the staff of the Fast Track Courts would be made following the provisions of Judicial Department No. 6716-J dt-14.09.2001 and 10408 (17)-J dt. 27.11.2001.
